Grades TK – 5:

Elementary school grades are reported using paper report cards. More information here.

Grades 6-12:

1. Sign Into Campus Student
Go to the . Click “Single Sign-On”. Sign in with your @students.berkeley.net account.

2. Click on “Grades” on the left hand side.
If you don’t see this menu, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper left.

3. Review your grades by Term.
You will see a list of your courses by Term and the official grade Progress Reports, Quarter Grade, and semester grades.

• “In-Progress grade” is your unofficial grade in the gradebook.
• “Posted grade” is your official grade as posted on the report cards.

4. Click on the grade you are receiving for a course to learn more about the grade.
You will see the assignments listed for the course.
Each category of assignments gets its own row in the gradebook. You can click the + and – buttons to display the individual assignments from a category. You can also click on an individual assignment to learn more.

Go to the . Click “Single Sign-On”. Sign in with your @students.berkeley.net account.

2. Find and click “Attendance” on the left side menu.
You will see each class listed and the total number of absences and tardies for that class per quarter. Click on a class’ number of absences or tardies for more details.

3. Review the absences in a single course by clicking the number of absences or tardies listed for a course on the Attendance menu.
This will list how many of the absences and/or tardies are excused and the dates they happened.

Remember: An “unknown” absence will become an unexcused absence absence in five days from the absence date unless you contact the attendance office!

Go to the . Click “Single Sign-On”. Sign in with your @students.berkeley.net account.

2. Find and click “Schedule” on the left side menu.
On mobile devices or large displays, this menu shrinks to a “hamburger” or “three bars” icon to save space.

3. Review the schedule.
The Schedule tool shows the student’s schedule for each term. Schedules are shown for all the whole year, all terms, and all of the student’s enrollments.

Each schedule includes the times of the periods during the day and the student’s courses, with the teacher’s name and room assigned. If a student drops a course, it continues to display on the student’s schedule until the end of the day.
