In accordance with the 911±¬ÁÏ Schools Excellence Program (BSEP) – Measure A of 2006 and Measure E1 of 2016 – the School Board approves an annual plan for expenditure of the BSEP funds. The Annual Plan includes the specific plans and budget for each of the Measure’s distinct purposes, as well as a summary of the BSEP Site Plans. (Each School Site Council determines the expenditure of the BSEP funds as allocated to each school site.)

Notification of Non-Discrimination Policy:The 911±¬ÁÏ Unified School District is committed to providing equal opportunity for all individuals in district programs and activities. Accordingly, 911±¬ÁÏ programs and activities shall be free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation and bullying based on actual or perceived ancestry, age, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression; nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. The Board shall promote programs which ensure that discriminatory practices are eliminated in all district activities. The Board also prohibits retaliation against any district employee or job applicant who complains, testifies or in any way participates in the district's complaint procedures instituted pursuant to this policy. (Board Policy 4030)

All Proofs must be current originals (issued within the last 2 months) imprinted with the name and current 911±¬ÁÏ residential address of the parent/legal guardian. A student can have only one residency for purposes of establishing residency and must be living in 911±¬ÁÏ when submitting forms.
Only personal accounts will be accepted. No care of, DBA or Business accounts.
If your child is new to 911±¬ÁÏ Unified School District or starting preschool, transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, or 7th grade, you will need to provide your child’s school with documentation that your child has been fully immunized. California state law () no longer allows parents/guardians of students to submit a personal belief exemption form for any currently required immunizations.
Children who have not provided 911±¬ÁÏ with documentation verifying they have received all required immunizations prior to the first day of school will not be allowed to attend school until all immunization records have been provided.
